Training:
The Swachhandi teams undergo rigorous training with the Maharashtra Police to equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to ensure security in rural areas.
Identity Cards:
Upon completing their training, team members are issued identity cards by the Maharashtra Police, designating them as part of the Yuva Gram Rakshak Dal.
Assigned Duties:
These trained teams are then assigned duties in different areas, where they work to maintain law and order, and provide a sense of safety to the community.
Recognition:
After fulfilling their duties, the teams are awarded certificates and medals in recognition of their efforts and dedication.
